At Breaddash, we’re committed to providing a smooth and satisfying ordering experience. If something isn’t covered below, reach out to our customer support team—we’re here to help.
General Orders
Cancel or modify your order before the bakery confirms it. Once confirmed, changes or cancellations are at the bakery’s discretion— please contact us immediately with your order number.
Unavailable Items
If a bakery reports an item as unavailable, we’ll suggest available alternatives. If none work, we’ll contact you via in-app chat, phone, text, or WhatsApp to arrange a replacement.
Order Cancellation by Breaddash
We may cancel your order if:
- All items are unavailable at processing time.
- We can’t confirm the order due to bakery or external issues.
- Your address is outside the bakery’s delivery zone.
- We can’t reach you for urgent decisions (e.g. substitutions).
You’ll be notified immediately, and we’ll arrange a refund or store credit if applicable.
Payments & Refunds Policy
We want your Breaddash experience to be smooth and fair. Below are our guidelines for refunds—if you have any questions, just reach out to customer support.
General Refund Policy
You’re eligible for a refund in cases such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete order fulfillment
- Order cancellations due to bakery issues
- Delivery issues (missing or damaged items)
- Other exceptional cases at our discretion
Refund Options
- Store Credit for future orders
- Original Payment Method
- Partial Refunds where applicable
- Discount-based refunds as goodwill
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after ordering
- Customer errors (wrong address, wrong item selected, etc.)
- Damage caused after delivery or once consumed
Quality Issues or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately with photos. In some cases we may ask you to return the product for review.
Submit within 30 minutes of delivery via WhatsApp with your order number, a description, and any photos. We’ll review and respond promptly.
Disputes & Timing
If you disagree with a decision, we’ll investigate thoroughly. Store credit refunds are immediate; bank refunds may take a few days.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted here—please review periodically.
