BreadDash respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, bakers, and vendors on the platform to do the same.
1. Content Ownership
- All content on BreadDash—including text, logos, photos, images, graphics, and design—is either the property of BreadDash or used with permission.
- Content provided by vendors (such as product photos, descriptions, or logos) remains the intellectual property of the vendor or their licensors.
2. Use of BreadDash Content
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on BreadDash without prior written consent from us or the respective content owner.
3. Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on BreadDash without your permission, please contact us at breaddash.hq@gmail.com with all of the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL or location of the infringing material on our site.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- Your full name, contact information, and a signature (physical or electronic).
- A statement that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
4. Response to Complaints
Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, we will investigate the issue and may remove or disable access to the material. Repeat offenders may have their access to BreadDash restricted or permanently removed.
5. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all content they upload to BreadDash is their own or that they have permission to use it. BreadDash will not be held liable for any copyright infringement arising from vendor-submitted content.
6. Changes to This Policy
BreadDash reserves the right to update this Copyright Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes agreement to the revised policy.
